Hi, I’m Jazmin Romero-Helzer, inspired panadera and aspiring community builder behind El Rincón Romero. Growing up in Arizona, my family’s love language was woven into the warmth of homemade meals and a treasured Sunday ritual that included vibrant ranch markets, where panadería cases overflowed with pan dulce. After years as a marine naturalist in Hawaii and moving to the Olympic Peninsula, I found myself longing for the flavors of home. Baking became my way to reconnect with my culture, and now, through El Rincón Romero, I share those traditions—honoring where we come from and where we are.

My greatest passion is liberation work through food, music, dance, and community wellness. I believe that celebrating the joy and beauty of diverse cultures helps create a more just and joyful world. ♥
